About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Leanessa Inc. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for leading our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Develop and execute sales plans to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.
  • Operations and Administration
    • Oversee the planning and control of budget and expenditures for sales operations.
    • Manage the coordination of sales projects and programs.
    • Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with sales team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless sales operations.
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the sales team.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
    • Accurate and organized with a focus on results.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, with tight deadlines and a focus on results.
