Job Title: Rooms Division Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Division Supervisor to join our team at The Anndore House. As a key member of our Front Office and Housekeeping departments, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the Housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Manage and maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, and Housekeeping areas.
  • Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure prompt repair of any issues or concerns.
  • Process payables efficiently and in accordance with approved policy and procedures.
  • Attend all required meetings to provide input and recommendations.
  • Ensure exceptional guest care and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise daily shift process and ensure all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
  • Train, direct, and coach team members to ensure a quality operation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of hotel experience, with at least 1 year in a significant managerial role.
  • Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to demonstrate skills of an approachable coach that cultivates a work environment that encourages feedback.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
