Hotel Equities is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our 98-room Tru by Hilton Oshawa Ontario hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve hotel operations.
