Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
This position is situated within a financial institution, such as a bank or caisse populaire, as well as in retail banking settings.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome individuals and guide them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Offer essential information to clients and the general public.
- Manage the ordering of office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments as necessary.
- Handle incoming calls, relaying messages and inquiries as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Minimum of 1 year and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Employment Type: Permanent.
- Language of Work: Bilingual.
- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
