As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing strategy and executing cohesive campaigns to drive top-of-funnel lead generation and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Manage relationships with digital marketing agencies and vendors.
  • Oversee the digital creative process, ensuring timely delivery of assets and initiatives launch on schedule.
  • Lead digital marketing planning and calendar management for both paid and owned channels.
  • Own social channel strategy, management, and execution.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to measure efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with internal colleagues and external vendors to optimize digital assets for the organization.
  • Closely monitor digital marketing trends and strategies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing campaign management and social channel management.
  • Exceptional project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, independent self-starter, and resourceful.
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business acumen skills, including budget management and strategic tradeoffs.
  • Strong written and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and relationships.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Analytics and other related tools.
