Marketing Director

Pacific Smoke International Inc is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand development
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, retail, and events
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands through innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience with B2C and B2B marketing, including digital, retail, and trade marketing channels
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
