At Pacific Smoke International, Inc., we're seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth through strategic planning, commercialization, and marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies that align with our growth objectives and brand positioning
  • Lead the development of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, retail, and events
  • Manage brand architecture, messaging, and creative assets to resonate with target audiences and differentiate our company in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk
  • Oversee the marketing budget and optimize ROI through data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
  • Set and track key performance indicators to measure marketing effectiveness

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands through innovative marketing strategies
  • Experience with B2C and B2B marketing, including digital, retail, and trade marketing channels
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong knowledge of the vape industry or a closely related sector, including market trends, customer behaviors, and regulatory landscapes
