Aisle 24 Market is seeking a highly skilled Social & Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute national and local marketing campaigns to support Grand Openings, local store marketing initiatives, and franchisee prospecting campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively with franchisees, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop social media programs and digital marketing campaigns across paid, earned, and owned B2B and B2C online channels.
  • Lead online content strategy, calendar development, and implementation. Manage day-to-day content delivery.
  • Create engaging content – copy and creative – for social media platforms.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media campaigns.
  • Create and execute in-app and email marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and engage with the daily social conversation of customers and influencers to expand Aisle 24 Market's social reach and to evaluate social sentiment.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics; optimize where necessary.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
  • Serve as a key contact for all of our marketing vendors, influencers, and franchisee partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing; retail and/or agency experience is an asset.
  • Hands-on social media and digital marketing experience.
  • Digital native who understands what it takes to win on social.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva to create visual content; experience creating video content across a variety of platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • High competency with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Upfluence, or other similar social media management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and multi-task projects effectively.
  • Fluent in English; French is a bonus.
  • Occasional travel is required.
