Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Accounting Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role is crucial for maintaining the financial health of Opaline Horizons Markham.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of College or CEGEP
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Prepare and file tax returns
  • Reconcile financial accounts
