Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Canada Goose. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and productivity standards by providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Store Environment: Contribute to building a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to visual merchandising standards, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Canada Goose products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support to colleagues.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the apparel retail industry.
  • Sales Performance: Proven record of successful sales performance, with a strong ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Previous experience working with luxury brands in high-traffic locations, with a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, with a strong ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
