We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with Customers: Provide personalized service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by offering suggestions and promoting our products.
  • Merchandise Management: Receive and organize merchandise, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Previous Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail is an asset, but not required.
  • Initiative and Supervision: Demonstrate initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Physically fit to stand and walk for the duration of the shift, maintain appearance of the store, able to lift 25-40lbs and climb three-step ladder.
