In the role of Claims Consultant, you will be integral in facilitating claims and underwriting operations, offering specialized guidance, and aiding in the resolution of intricate claims cases.

Primary Duties
  • Deliver multiline claims expertise to enhance organizational policies and initiatives
  • Participate in special assignments aimed at process improvement and staff development
  • Assess service levels and the performance of claims personnel
  • Execute audits of claims documentation to guarantee adherence to company protocols
  • Spearhead the creation of technical training programs for claims
  • Offer consultation on significant and complex claims, providing technical support and advice to team members
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • A decade of pertinent experience in claims administration
  • Experience in litigation is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with adaptability
