In the role of Claims Consultant, you will be instrumental in facilitating claims and underwriting operations, offering specialized guidance, and aiding in the resolution of intricate claims cases.
Primary Duties- Deliver comprehensive claims expertise to refine organizational guidelines and initiatives
- Participate in targeted projects aimed at optimizing processes and personnel
- Assess service levels and the effectiveness of claims staff
- Perform audits on claims documentation to guarantee adherence to company protocols
- Spearhead the creation of technical training programs for claims
- Offer consultation on substantial and complex claims cases, providing technical insights and advice to team members
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- A decade of pertinent experience in claims administration
- Experience in litigation is advantageous
