Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Good Shepherd Centres. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing respectful and appropriate housing support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients
  • Complete an intake and assessment on each resident
  • Design, implement, and evaluate an interview schedule to assess the quality of life improvement of successful program participants
  • Maintain confidentiality with regards to clients and Centre's records

Requirements

  • A Completed Post-secondary education is required
  • Applicants should possess a thorough knowledge of issues impacting cis women, trans, and non-binary individuals, including violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty, and substance use
  • Experience working in a residential setting is preferred
  • A demonstrated commitment to the mission values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality, and dignity is essential
  • CPR certification is required
  • A valid Ontario driver's license (G2) is an asset
  • The successful candidate will have a flexible schedule
  • Ability to speak French and/or other languages is considered an asset
