About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Case Manager/Case Worker at Good Shepherd Centres. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including rotations of days, afternoons, and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of residential and non-residential clients
  • Conduct intakes and assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized support plans
  • Provide case management, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling services to clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to client confidentiality policies
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, counseling)
  • Experience working in a residential setting, preferably with vulnerable populations (e.g. women, trans, non-binary individuals)
  • Knowledge of issues impacting cis women, trans, and non-binary individuals, including violence, abuse, mental illness, homelessness, poverty, and substance use
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CPR certification and a valid Ontario driver's license (G2) are assets
