About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Case Manager/Case Worker to join our team at Good Shepherd Centres. As a key member of our residential services team, you will play a vital role in providing housing support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, providing individualized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
  • Conduct thorough intakes and assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized plans for support.
  • Design and implement interview schedules to evaluate the effectiveness of our programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols when handling client information.
Requirements
  • A post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as social work or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience working in a residential setting, with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by our clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and community partners.
  • A commitment to our organization's values of availability, flexibility, adaptability, hospitality, and dignity.
  • CPR certification and a valid Ontario driver's license (G2) are assets.
