Position Summary:

Our client seeks to welcome a marketing specialist to their team to assist the Marketing Managers and VP of Marketing in various initiatives. This position involves a mix of office duties and on-site responsibilities at different showhomes, necessitating the use of a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:



• Efficiently manage and execute tasks

• Build trust and foster strong relationships with other departments

• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with vendors and internal teams

• Plan proactively for program implementation

• Stay informed about workflows, processes, best practices, and objectives

• Assist in delivering marketing materials, sales tools, and Sales Centres punctually and within budget

• Grasp marketing principles and demonstrate creative thinking

• Understand target demographics and consumer insights

Project Management and Execution:

• Aid in implementing tools aligned with the marketing strategy, theme, product positioning, and creative branding for all projects

• Establish and maintain vendor accounts and relationships

• Coordinate schedules related to media, including print, online, and outdoor advertising as directed by the Marketing Manager

• Help gather assets and prepare briefs for the in-house creative team and vendors, such as interior design, website design, renderings, editorials, and online media

• Assist in verifying floorplans against architectural designs for accuracy

• Contribute to the production, editing, and proofreading of various marketing materials, including signage, stationery, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers, and more

• Support the Marketing Manager with project photography tasks, including scouting models, locations, and suppliers, ensuring the project photography library is current

• Collaboratively set up templates in the CRM system (Spark)

• Manage logistics for installations, supply orders, and vendor communications

• Assist in organizing and facilitating the moving, setup, and dismantling of staged and display homes

• Help maintain and catalog corporate warehouse contents as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager

• Oversee sales office requirements, including supplies, operations, and presentation standards (both interior and exterior)

• Assist in maintaining pristine landscaping with appropriate suppliers and trades as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager

• Support overflow tasks from the sales, marketing, and communications teams as needed:

o Social Media management
o Graphic coordination for interiors and exteriors
o Production and printing of marketing materials
o Tendering service contracts
o Relief duties at the head office reception as required

• Generate weekly/monthly reports for all campaigns, ensuring upper management is informed of results

• Prepare meeting agendas in advance and capture and circulate meeting minutes as directed by the Marketing Manager

• Ensure accurate filing and utilization of all platforms

Program Strategy Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a variety of events

• Familiarize with all project unique selling propositions, features, and positioning

• Analyze competition and consumer trends

• Understand the advantages and features of both traditional and digital media
