Position Summary:

Our client seeks to welcome a marketing specialist to their team, providing essential support to the Marketing Managers and VP of Marketing in their strategic initiatives. This role will involve a mix of office-based tasks and on-site activities at various showhomes, necessitating the use of a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:



• Efficiently manage and execute assigned tasks

• Foster trust and strong relationships across departments

• Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with vendors and internal teams

• Plan proactively for program execution

• Stay informed about workflows, processes, best practices, and objectives

• Assist in delivering marketing materials, sales tools, and Sales Centres punctually and within budget

• Demonstrate an understanding of marketing principles and innovative thinking

• Recognize target audiences and consumer insights

Project Management and Execution:

• Aid in implementing tools aligned with the marketing strategy, theme, product positioning, and creative branding for all projects

• Establish and maintain vendor accounts and relationships

• Coordinate schedules related to media, including print, online, and outdoor advertising as directed by the Marketing Manager

• Gather assets and create briefs for the in-house creative team and external vendors, including interior design, website design, renderings, and editorials

• Assist in verifying floorplans against architectural plans for accuracy

• Produce, edit, and proof various marketing materials, including signage, stationery, brochures, floorplans, feature sheets, flyers, and more

• Support the Marketing Manager with project photography tasks, including scouting models, locations, and suppliers, ensuring the project photography library is current

• Collaboratively set up templates in the CRM system (Spark)

• Manage logistics for installations, supply orders, and vendor communications

• Help organize and assist with the moving, setup, and teardown of staged and display homes

• Assist in cataloging corporate warehouse contents as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager

• Maintain sales office needs, including supplies, operations, and presentation standards (both interior and exterior)

• Support the upkeep of pristine, presentation-ready landscaping with appropriate suppliers and trades as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager

• Assist with overflow tasks from the sales, marketing, and communications teams as needed:

o Social media management
o Coordination of interior and exterior graphics
o Printing and production of marketing materials
o Tendering service contracts
o Relief duties at the head office reception as required

• Generate weekly/monthly reports for all campaigns, ensuring upper management is informed of results

• Prepare meeting agendas in advance and capture and circulate meeting minutes as directed by the Marketing Manager

• Ensure accurate filing and effective use of all platforms

Program Strategy Responsibilities:

• Coordinate a variety of events

• Understand all project unique selling propositions (USPs), features, and positioning

• Analyze competition and consumer trends

• Comprehend the features and benefits of both traditional and online media
