About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Secretary to join our team at Connex Global Communications Inc. As a Sales Secretary, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Train other workers on sales and administrative tasks
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and prospects
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support sales efforts
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The work language is English.
