About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Investment Representative to join our team at Aviso Wealth. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via various channels, providing accurate and timely information on our products and services.
  • Manage client orders and transactions, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and news, providing clients with informed advice and guidance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of new procedures and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in both English and French.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business or economics.
  • Completed Canadian Securities (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certifications.
  • Options Licensing Course and Derivatives Fundamentals Course certifications (an asset).
  • Three years of related work experience in the financial services industry.
  • Securities registration as an Investment Representative within the past two years (an asset).
