Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Supervisor to join our team at Madam Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage the production of baked goods, including dough, batters, and icings, according to recipes and customer orders.
- Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food service areas.
- Organize and manage inventory to ensure efficient production and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
