Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and taste.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of bakers and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement recipes and production schedules to meet customer demand
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet production needs
- Ensure that all products are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions
- 2+ years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Proven track record of success in managing and supervising a team
- Strong knowledge of baking and pastry production techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
