At Silver Hills Bakery, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bakery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality baked goods in a timely and efficient manner
  • Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are followed and maintained
  • Collaborate with the Head Baker to develop and implement new recipes and products
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial bakery or food production environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with natural and whole food ingredients
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
