Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at Balkana European Bakery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and train a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Product Quality: Ensure that all products meet established standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that they are always available when needed.
- Scheduling: Schedule staff to ensure that the bakery is adequately staffed at all times.
- Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that all staff are aware of and comply with all work conditions and physical capabilities, including repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
