Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team at Husqvarna Group, driving business strategies and initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent development, and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Advisory: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Talent Development: Design and implement programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Employee Relations: Facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution between employees and leadership.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Performance Management: Support the development and implementation of performance management processes.
- Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent for future leadership roles.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- HR Reporting: Provide regular HR metrics and insights to support business decision-making.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and company policies; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Preferred Qualifications: CHRP or similar designation; fluency in both English and French.
