Position Overview

ELLADA INC. is seeking a dedicated Sales Supervisor to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
Work Environment

This role is situated within a dynamic retail setting, where the supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Authorize merchandise returns and exchanges.
  • Create and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Engage in direct sales activities.
  • Compile reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and employee matters.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply issues.
  • Oversee inventory organization and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate team activities.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for staff.
