About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at ELLADA INC. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews to ensure optimal team performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer requests and complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, handle heavy loads, and stand for extended periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 to 60 hours per week.
