Role Overview

As a member of the Technology Audits team at Stripe, you will play a key role in driving compliance and risk efforts to ensure that our services meet industry standards. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, lead external audits, and contribute to the design and implementation of control monitoring systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead external audits to maintain compliance with security standards
  • Manage multiple audits across the organization efficiently
  • Work with teams to automate evidence collection and enhance compliance monitoring
  • Integrate new products into compliance audits and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Stay informed about upcoming security regulatory changes and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Support customers by minimizing compliance burdens and fostering growth
  • Develop communication strategies on Security across the organization
  • Identify inefficiencies and drive improvements for processes and products

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in security regulatory/compliance
  • Experience managing multiple compliance programs
  • Expertise in security practices and regulations
  • Technical background in digital security
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work on complex problems effectively
