About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Department Store Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Merchandise Management: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display and restocking of merchandise.
  • Sales and Inventory: Process sales transactions, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
