Electrical Superintendent

As an Electrical Superintendent at Kiewit, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our construction projects. You will oversee the electrical aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate electrical construction activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Supervise and train electrical personnel, including electricians, linemen, and other support staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical systems are designed and installed correctly.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that electrical work meets company standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- 8+ years of experience in electrical construction, including 5+ years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
