The Optical industry is evolving, and Loblaw is committed to growing alongside it. Each of our 181 Optical clinics, conveniently situated within our grocery stores, plays a vital role in serving our customers. Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in a vibrant and dynamic environment
  • Manage employee scheduling and labor
  • Maintain robust working relationships with Head Office
  • Achieve and surpass Optical sales objectives
  • Provide optical training to team members
  • Conduct measurements, fit, adjust, repair, and dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses, and specialty eyewear, as per provincial regulations
  • Order and receive inventory
  • Build and lead diverse teams that cultivate an inclusive and welcoming workplace
Qualifications:
  • Provincially licensed in the relevant jurisdiction with a minimum of 1 year of Optical experience
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management skills
  • Effective and enthusiastic communication to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • A passion for fashion, eyewear, and the retail sector
