Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all functions of the Dealership Sales Department.
  • Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager for efficient vehicle readiness for customers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to strategize and address ongoing issues.
