Dilawri Group of Companies is currently seeking a Used Car Sales Manager for the Eastern GTA Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all functions of the Dealership Sales Department.
- Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle sales transactions.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager for efficient vehicle readiness for customers.
- Conduct regular team meetings to strategize and address ongoing issues.
- Stay informed on current products, programs, and promotions from manufacturers and financial institutions.
- Encourage continuous training and development through regular sales meetings.
- Adhere to all provincial licensing and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills.
- Strong negotiation capabilities with sound decision-making skills.
- A commitment to exceptional customer service.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years in a management role.
- Valid Ontario Driver's License.
- OMVIC License is preferred.
