Pre-sales Solution Expert

Our client is a leading provider of mission-critical business applications that optimize project and service delivery for mid-sized to large organizations.
We are seeking a highly skilled Pre-sales Solution Consultant to join their team. This position can be based in a major Canadian city.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales department to prepare and deliver product presentations that address the customer's specific needs and business challenges. Key responsibilities include:
- Effective communication and management of prospect relationships and expectations
- Leading and guiding prospects and customers through the selling process and recommending business and technical solutions
- Demonstrating proficiency in one or more areas: Enterprise Software, CRM, EPM, HR, financial systems, and business processes
- Providing technical product presentations, business requirements analysis, and configuring systems to match client requirements
- Responding to technical inquiries from the sales team and prospects
- Completing Request For Proposals (RFP) and understanding customer business challenges and proposing solutions
