At ELECTRICAL SALES NETWORK, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the sales process, managing inventory, and supervising a team of sales workers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Operations: Manage the sales process, including assigning sales workers to duties, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or operations role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle and valid driver's licence.

The Sales and Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
