Dilawri Group of Companies is currently seeking a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Supervisor for the Eastern GTA Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all functions of the Dealership Sales Division
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to facilitate prompt preparation of vehicles for delivery
  • Conduct regular meetings with the sales team to strategize, adjust, and assess ongoing initiatives
  • Stay informed on all current products, programs, and promotions from manufacturers and financial institutions, ensuring staff comprehension
  • Encourage continuous training through daily and weekly sales meetings
  • Ensure compliance with all provincial licensing and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills
  • Strong negotiation capabilities, with sound decision-making abilities
  • Preferred experience in automotive sales
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a management role
  • Valid OMVIC License is an asset
