Job Title: Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Carzone Motors Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our customers.
  • Customer Service: Develop and implement customer service strategies to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and trends, and use this information to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and train new staff members as needed.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
