Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Trusses Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure that customer service representatives have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of customer service representatives, providing feedback and coaching to improve their performance.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
