About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at CAN ASIA ENTERPRISES LTD. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity, informing our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Urban or rural area, willing to relocate.
  • Transportation: Willing to travel.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, attention to detail, sitting, standing, and walking.
