Job Description

C & K FRAMING LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and effective way.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to management to enhance customer service and experience.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to provide exceptional service.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset. Permanent position, 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
