Job Opportunity: Sales Porter Team Lead
About the Role:
The Zanchin Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Porter Team Lead to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, this position is responsible for daily planning and execution of all Sales Porter duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for vehicle logistics, including on-site and off-site operations
- Maintain the operating condition, cleanliness, and location of vehicle inventory in the showroom and off-site storage
- Assign roles and tasks to sales porters and confirm completion of duties
- Inventory photo capture using on-site photo studio and equipment
Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous porter experience, with dealership experience preferred
- 2 years of previous team lead experience
- Strong desire to lead, learn, and be adaptable
- Secondary School diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
- Ability to maintain professionalism
- Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
- Desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Proven commitment to quality of work
