We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Number 7 Sales Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Sales Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and hiring and training new staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train sales staff to meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that sales targets are met
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties
- Authorize payments by cheque and return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules and ensure that sales staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that sales staff have the necessary products to meet customer demands
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure that sales staff are meeting their job duties and responsibilities
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
The Sales Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
