About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sustainability Leader to join our team at Arc'teryx. As the Vice President of Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global sustainability strategy, driving positive change across our organization, and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure seamless integration of sustainability into our organizational strategy
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and industry leaders to advance sustainability efforts and drive industry-wide change
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against our sustainability goals
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in leading brand sustainability programs, with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field
  • Strong influential leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex sustainability concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies, with a focus on driving business value and positive environmental impact
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $216,000 - $270,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
