About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Sustainability Leader to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our global sustainability strategy, driving business growth while minimizing our environmental footprint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead a high-performing sustainability team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth through sustainable practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging sustainability issues, providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sustainability leadership, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the apparel and gear industry, including product development, material production, and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with project management, including coordinating multi-stakeholder interests and cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $216,000 - $270,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
