About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Sustainability Leader to join our team at Arc'teryx. As the Vice President, Sustainability, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global sustainability strategy, driving positive impact across our organization and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Lead a high-performing sustainability team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful execution of sustainability initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into product development, supply chain management, and corporate operations.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with external organizations and industry leaders to advance sustainability efforts and drive industry-wide change.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against our sustainability goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in leading brand sustainability programs, with a degree in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  • Strong influential leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across diverse cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate sustainability strategies and initiatives to various audiences.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies, with a focus on driving positive impact and business growth.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $216,000 - $270,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
