Job Overview
  • Service Management: Identify the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols
  • Stock Management: Systematically organize and oversee inventory
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards
  • Client Engagement: Negotiate catering services or facility usage with clients
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues
  • Operational Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, manage, and assess daily operations
Qualifications
  • Team Leadership: Experience in supervising workgroups
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic cash registers and MS Office applications
  • Transportation: Access to personal transportation; public transport options available
