About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SWAMISHRI FOOD INC. as a key member of our culinary operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Direct and supervise a team of 3-4 food service staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, food safety procedures, and quality control standards.
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
    • Supervise and coordinate the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys to maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Inventory Management and Reporting
    • Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure optimal stock levels.
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service and Quality Control
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
