We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Il Gatto e La Volpe. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and high-quality food.
• Culinary Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Italian cuisine and other culinary specialties.

• Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
• Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
• Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
