- Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff.
- Facilitate foreign credential recognition for newcomers and refugees.
- Implement mentorship programs that connect newcomers with experienced team members.
- Provide diversity and cross-cultural training to foster an inclusive work environment.
- Offer mentorship and networking opportunities for Indigenous employees.
