Position Overview

The Cleaning Supervisor at BEST - For A Cleaner World is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong background in cleaning operations and team management.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role or equivalent experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services such as painting, repairs, renovations, or equipment replacement
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure efficiency
  • Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff
Supervision

Oversee light duty cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.

Work Environment

This position is physically demanding and involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as bending, crouching, and kneeling.
