Furthermore, CAMP supplies shop floor management ERP systems to over 1,300 aircraft maintenance facilities and parts suppliers globally.

Our strong relationships with aircraft manufacturers, maintenance facilities, and parts suppliers uniquely position us to understand and address the challenges posed by current offline information flows in the business aviation industry.

Digital Transformation: CAMP is actively developing a digital business model aimed at streamlining the exchange of parts and services, thereby creating significant value for both the company and the broader aviation industry.

Role Overview: The Aviation Maintenance Analyst (AMA) functions as a virtual extension of the customer’s aircraft maintenance team. Customer engagement is critical, and the AMA is tasked with managing each assigned customer account. This includes ensuring that the customer's aircraft are current and properly maintained within the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor aircraft inspection and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and manufacturer guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all customer-provided maintenance compliance records and related data.
  • Utilize aviation technical expertise to uphold the integrity of the customer's maintenance program.

Expertise and Skills: The AMA is recognized both internally and externally as the subject matter expert regarding the aircraft maintenance program and the CAMP Maintenance Tracking platform. Candidates should possess a strong interest in the aerospace sector and demonstrate a history of effectively managing customer accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 10 years of experience in a relevant technical field or industry, with a preference for knowledge in aviation maintenance or manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including proficiency in handling large datasets.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, building credibility and relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy, thriving in a performance-driven environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
